Headup Display 2.2

The Headup-Display application offers a digital readout of your vehicle's current GPS-based speed directly onto your windshield. The display is mirrored on an iPhone, ensuring accurate and consistent presentation on the glass surface. While similar projection systems are typically integrated into high-end vehicles or require costly retrofit hardware, this software-based solution provides an accessible alternative, particularly useful for nighttime driving where visibility of the speed indicator is critical. The display remains bright, clear, and easily recognizable in various lighting conditions.

Technical Specifications:

• Digital speed display (maximum 999 km/h or mph), mirrored for proper orientation
• GPS-based speed measurement with compass and unit display options
• Selectable units: kph, mph, or knots (kts)
• Compass orientation derived from GPS data or internal compass sensor
• The application maintains active operation without interruption once running
• Map view is presented in mirrored format

Usage Instructions:

1. Launch the application
2. Adjust settings as needed
3. Place the device on the dashboard before the speedometer, ensuring proper alignment
4. The display should appear reversed with the title bar below and the compass positioned on the right side
